Fitness Suite


With our state of the art Technogym equipment you have the perfect opportunity to re-vitalise and reshape your body. No matter what your fitness goals we cater for all and will give you all the guidance you need to ensure you get the most  out of your fitness routine.


Our fitness suite is fully air conditioned with a wide variety of easy to use equipment including cardio machines, resistance machines and free weights.


All members have the opportunity to have an induction with one of our friendly trainers where they will be shown exactly what to do to achieve their health and fitness goals in the quickest time possible.





Cardiovascular Exercise

At the Sports Hub we have a good selection of cardiovascular machines which means you can do something different each day of the week. Or if you prefer you can use these in combination during your routine to get a full body workout. Either way it's up to you and you can enjoy our state of the art Technogym equipment including treadmills, cross-trainers, rowing machines, exercise bikes and arm cycling machines. 








Resistance Machines 

The benefits or resistance training are numerous. Not only do you improve your strength, firm and tone your muscles and develop stronger bones you will also boost your metabolism helping you burn more calories which is fantastic for weight loss. We have easy to use equipment and will ensure you get all the help and guidance you need to perform your workout safe and effectively.


Free Weights 

Ranging from one kilo through to fourty kilos we have a wide range of free weights suitable for all.


The Staff

We have friendly approachable staff who are more than happy to give you all the assistance you need. After joining we will show you exactly what you need to do to achieve your health and fitness goals. We will give you a full induction and make sure you feel totally confident doing your workout. You will also receive your an exercise programme specifically designed for you that takies into consideration your current fitness level and exercise goals.
